October was such a busy and exciting month for everyone!
We kicked things off with our annual sweet potato digging field trip at a local farm. The students had a blast getting their hands dirty and discovering all the delicious-looking potatoes hiding underground. There were lots of smiles and proud faces as they showed off their harvest!
Next up was our sports festival, one of the biggest events of the year. We continued our World Expo theme from summer school, celebrating Kashiwanoha’s very own “melting pot.” The children gave their best effort in every athletic event and performed their dances beautifully. It was such a wonderful day filled with energy, teamwork, and laughter!

To wrap up the month, we celebrated Halloween, which the kids had been looking forward to for weeks! They had been talking about their costumes since September, and their excitement was contagious. The day was full of fun, creativity, and of course—trick-or-treating!

October truly flew by in a flash, but it was packed with great memories. We’re so proud of our students and can’t wait to see what adventures await us next month!
Thank you to all the families for your support and encouragement.
